A nice photo album of an SS-Unterscharführer who served with the Kommandostab Reichsführer SS "RFSS". The unit was personally commanded by Himmler. In a photo, you can see the "RFSS" cuff title relatively well.
The album comes with beautiful portrait photos of him and his comrades. Shots of him as a young SS recruit taken in Nürnberg 1941. Photos of an SS swearing-in ceremony that also show high-ranking SS leaders. There is also a rare photo of a black SS sports shirt. Furthermore photos from the front. Taken in 1942/1943. By now, he was awarded the 1939 Iron Cross 2nd Class and promoted to SS-Unterscharführer.
