Luftwaffe photo album to Oberleutnant Richard Kern serving with 2.(F.)/Aufklärungsgruppe 123. Awarded the Luftwaffe Honor Gobelt on 28. August 1940. There are two photos of his Honor Goblet and certificate in the album. Kern was killed in action on 10. June 1941 over the sea of Alexandria, Egypt.
The album comes with 384 excellent photos. These show politicians and high-ranking officers such as Joseph Goebbels, Adolf Hilter, Hermann Göring, Generalfeldmarschall Walter von Reichenau, Generalfeldmarschall Wolfram von Richthofen, and Luftwaffe officer Werner Mölders. Furthermore photos of the front (destroyed buildings, vehicles, aircraft, bridges) and of the aircraft as well as of the everyday life of the soldiers.
