A so-called "Deutsches Bauernhandwerkzeug" cabinet (German Farmer's Tool). Only certified tool manufacturers were allowed to sell this cabinet. Controlled by the Reichsnährstand.
The case is made of wood. Inside the cabinet is a photo of the contents (tools) and a letter of the Reichsbauernführer. Also two metal tags with the "Widderkopf" company logo (inside and outside). On the door is a paper tag with the lettering "Deutsches Bauernhandwerkzeug - mit der Widderkopf-Marke". An address tag at the top. Probably from the crafts business.
