HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
You will receive an e-mail confirming your successful bids the day after the auction has ended. In your personal my ratisbon's you will be able to inform us about your most convenient payment method for this order or tell us about an alternative shipping address.
If we don’t hear from you within 24 hours, we will send an invoice choosing the payment and shipping options which we think are the most comfortable ones to you. If you decide to change your shipping or payment method after receiving your invoice, just drop us a line or visit my ratisbon's/ORDERS for any more details.
Choose your payment method when ordering and submit your order. Once your order has been received we will send an invoice including your shipping costs and your payment instructions.
After receiving the invoice, the order must be paid within 7 days.

HOW DO YOU SHIP MY NEW TREASURES?
We usually send out orders within 1-3 working days after your payment has been received. In most cases, we are faster than this! We will inform you when your goods are being dispatched and provide a tracking number, In addition, you can always check your order status at my ratisbon's/ORDERS. Delivery times will vary depending upon the delivery destination and type of shipping service you have chosen.
If you prefer to have your order shipped to your work address or a friend during your absence, we will happy to arrange this for you. Send us an email letting us know about your new shipping address and we will be happy to send an updated invoice to you.

We only offer collectables which to the best of our specialists knowledge are authentic. About 15% of all consignments are returned to the consignor after extensive research due to authenticity issues.
Unlike traditional auction houses we do offer a full right of return. If you are not satisfied with what you won or bought, you may return it within 14 days. Please inform us and we will instruct you on how to return the goods. For more information, please visit FAQ pages.
Important note: Cancelling bids after an auction may disappoint the consignor, who like you is a collector. This situation is easy to avoid. We encourage you not to bid on any collectable if you are unsure if it fits into your collection. Ask us to cancel your bid 24 hours prior to the end of an auction to avoid this situation.
Important grouping to Luftwaffe Oberfeldwebel Heinz Siemer. Siemer signed up for 4,5 years on 27.4.1938 joining Luftnachrichten-Ersatzkompanie 5/17. He served with with 8./K.G.1 being transferrred and GK28 and finally KG100. Siemer was awarded the Luftwaffe Honor Goblet on 5.5.1941 serving with 3./Kampfgeschwader 100. An incredible grouping. Not only complete with all certificates but also extremely comprehensive with hundreds if not over thousand photographs.
Textbook goblet by Wagner & Sohn. "835" silver stamped. Marked with half-moon, crown and eagle. "JOH.WAGNER & SOHN" maker marked.

Certificate grouping in remarkable condition!
Award certificate for the Luftwaffe Honor Goblet in excellent condition. Never folded. Issued on 5.5.1941 to Feldwebel Heinz Siemer "in Anerkennung seiner hervorrangenden Taperkeit und der besonderen Erfolge als Kampfflieger". A matching 21.5.1941 dated telegram sent from "Generalfeldmarschall Sperrle" congratulating to the Honor Goblet." A letter of congratulations for the Honor Goblet sent from his Staffelkapitän Hauptmann Schnürpel.
Two promotion (Bestallung) certificates issued from KG100 and KG28. Certificate to the Sudetenland Medal to Gefreiter Siemer serving with Ln-Rgt.2. Not folded.
Certificate to the Wound Badge in black. Impressive and unusual type filled out by hand. Issued on 14.11.1941 to Siemer serving with 3./KG100. Not folded. His blue service ID card with photo and many notes.
Air Gunner's Badge award certificate issued on 28.5.1951. Folded twice.
Iron Cross 1st Class certificate with ink signature of Generalfeldmarschall Hugo Sperrle. Not folded. Issued on 27.10.1940.
Iron Cross 2nd Class certificate with ink signature of Oberst Heinrich Lau. Not folded. Issued on 2.6.1940 to Siemer serving with III./KG1 "Hindenburg".
Certificate to the Kampfflieger Squadron Clasps in silver and gold both issued in 1941. Not folded. Siemer would have never been issued a bronze citation.
A KG100 issued "Sonderausweis" permission card with original photo to enter certain bildings at the airport.
A very rare color commemorative service time certificate of Kampfgeschwader 1 "Hindenburg" issued to Siemer when leaving the unit on 16.7.1940. Never folded. Very rare. One small rip.
20.4.41 issued "Einschreiben" shipped with his Squadron Clasp in silver and the certificate as it says.
Large size shooting lanyard color award certificate.

Flight book of his radio gunner Heinz Glawe with 780 missions.
Five Luftwaffe photo albums documenting all years of his service time. Countless photos inside the album as well as loose ones. It is impossible to show all photos via the pictures. Many come with additional information of Siemer to the reverse. Please note there are some large size postwar developed photos part of the grouping as well.
