Kaiserliche Marine officer's lion head sabre with ivory handle - Eisenhauer


Description

The sabre comes with an etched blade to three sides, showing fine ornaments and naval motifs. "Eisenhauer" marked. It has some stains. Furthermore a real ivory handle. The wire wrapping is damaged. Gilt brass hilt fittings. A  lion's head pommel. The knuckle guard bears the crowned anchor. Typical folding crossguard (fully working). Black leather scabbard with gilt brass fittings.
