Prussian bayonet 98 with leather frog & French socket bayonet
Description
Prussian bayonet 98.
It comes with a so-called "Steckrückenklinge mit Schör" blade. "ERFURT" maker marked. The back of the blade shows the mark of Emporer Wilhelm II and the date 1906 ("W 06"). Wooden grip plates. Several acceptance marks. Black re-painted steel scabbard. With a Wehrmacht leather frog. Maker marked and dated "1936". Signs of use.
