Description

Very rare document grouping to Oberforstmeister Willy Schade. He was the personal hunter "Leibjäger" of Reichsmarschall Hermann Göring. Schade was responsible for the elaborate state hunts as well as for the maintenance of the "Carinhall" country residence and the "Schorfheide" hunting ground. The "Schadehaus" built by Hermann Göring in 1934/1935, was named after him. Willy Schade was a close associate of Göring.

Five promotion documents. Each document was personally hand-signed by Hermann Göring. Among them, is a rare late-war signature by Göring, written on Reichsmarschall letter paper. Dated "22.02.1945".

Four period time postcards.

Two newspaper clippings. One shows him with Göring.

Three original photos of Oberforstmeister Willy Schade. One was signed by him on the back.

Certificate to 1914 Iron Cross 2nd Class. Issued on 29. June 1918.

In addition period time documents, postwar IDs, photo negatives, and photocopies of WWI photos of Hermann Göring. Among them is a certificate to the Bulgarian Civil Merit Order, Commander's Cross. Issued to Schade on 1. August 1942.
