Description
Heer M35 double decal helmet with original camo paint. A US souvenir of a GI who wrote "INVASION FRANCE 1944" to the inside. The camo paint is a 2-color sprayed finish. Green and khaki. The eagle decal is still about 60%, the national decal is nearly gone.
You can clearly see both decals were covered with camo paint once. A collector must have removed the camo paint to free the decals once. Overall, the helmet looks professionally cleaned somehow.

Liner and chin strap in good condition. Unmarked. Shell "64" stamped. The maker is impossible to read. The helmet is "BERKEL" named.

A very rare souvenir which was however a little "touched" by a collector once.
