Rare zinc plaque issued by the 14. Panzer-Division for soldiers of "Kradschützenbataillon 64" to commemorate the battles of "SAMARA-CHARKOW-NOWOTSCHERKASK-STALINGRAD". The plaque shows a picture of a soldier to the front side and a picture of a German Cross in gold to the reverse.
Diameter: 5cm.
Including the original case of issue. The case comes with its paper hinge damaged however the silk lining holds the top.
A copied picture of the plaque was glued to the lining. Including another modern copy of the document originally handed out with this plaque.
