Small document grouping to commander of U-762 Leutnant zur See Walter Pietschamann.

We found out he served as

Adjutant of 17. Minensuch-Flotille (May 1940 - January 1941)

as 1.WO on U 377 (October 1941 - August 1942)

as commander of U-712 (November 1942 - December 1943)

as commander of U-762 (Dember 1932 - February 1944)

He was sunk with U-762 on 8.2.1944 in the North Atlantic South-West of Ireland.

Large size certificate to the Minesweeper War Badge. Excellent condition. Ink signature of Konteradmiral Hans Stohwasser (Knight's Cross).

Large size promotion certificate. 4.5.1940 dated. Embossed stamped eagle. Original ink signature of Raeder. 4 pages. Excellent condition.
