A really fantastic German double decal luftwaffe M45 helmet that is complete and in untouched condition.
The earliest type of helmet issued to Heer, Luftwaffe, Kriegsmarine, Polizei and Waffen-SS troops. This example was issued by the Luftwaffe.
Original factory paint. Around 90% still present. Signs of wear but highly presentable
Both decals are very clear The eagle decal is about 95%. The national decal is about 95+%.
Liner appears original and servicable with original cord. Size 57 size stamped and maker marked on the inside along with marking for "St. Batt." (Stabsbatterie). Unopened prongs. The liner is original to the shell.
Chin strap in brown leather is present and maker marked "4. Batr" indicating that it too is original to the helmet
