Luftwaffe, period 'on-board instrument' ie. speedo-meter ('Fahrtmesser') being of the type: 'Velocom'. The piece was simply never used nor installed and comes still stored in its period carton-based box as produced. The 'Fährtmesser' bears the 'LW-Anforder'-number: 'FL2230' and was presumably produced in the year 1942. It came with its period test-result-paper ('Prüfschein') that shows a date when its functionality was proofed (ie. on: '20 Mai 1942'. Both instrument and box show various and detailed description-numbers.
