Photo album to Free Balloon pilot Karl Götze serving with DLV and NSFK. Born on 02.03.1902 in Düsseldorf. He was a flight pioneer and flew with his balloon to Russia-Siberia. Karl Götz was also a honorary member of Ligue Internationale des Aviateurs".
The album contains early DLV and NSFK photos. Nice shots from the start of the Free Balloons taken in 1933. On three photos Karl is wearing the rare Free Balloon Pilot's Badge. One interesting group photo of the DLV "Reichsführerschule". Furthermore some photographs of NSFK leader's. One wears the 1939 Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross.
Inculding his Third Reich passport. Issued on 23.08.1935. Original applied photography. Stamped with numerous international travel stamps.
