Red imitation leather presentation folder for the certificate of the Badge of Honour in memory of 9. November 1923. So-called "Blood Order".
The folder comes with the typical recessed gilded national eagle on the front. Both sides with parchment covering inside. The right side with a small paper pocket on each corner for holding the certificate. Spine damaged.
