Soldbuch to SS-Unterscharführer Wilhelm Karl Kotzerke serving with SS-Gebirgsjäger-Regiment 7.
The Soldbuch comes with a nice photo in HJ uniform. Issued on 11. January 1940 by 6./SS-Totenkopf-Rekruten-Standarte. An interesting list with his units noted on page 4. Awarded with 1939 Iron Cross 2nd Class and Infantry Assault Badge in silver. Furthermore an attached page for close combat days, however, without entries. Killed in action on 19.11.1943 at Kiestinik (Lappland). Buried at the cemetery in Salla, Finland (Lappland).
Note, the photograph is in our opinion not original to this Soldbuch! The Feldpostnummer stamps on it are also modern.
