A so-called Luftwaffe Borddolch. Made by Hörster, Solingen. Alumimium type.
"Hörster" maker marked on the blade. Stains. Dark blue leather finished handle with intact wire wrapping. The swastikas on the pommel and crossguard are gilt. Including the officer's portepee. The pommel ist slightly loose (can no longer be fully fastened). Furthermore, the ring between handle and crossguard is missing.
Dark blue leather finished scabbard. All screws are unopened as well as in place. Originally attached aluminium chain. "olc" maker marked snap clip. Fully working.
