Waffen-SS M42 field tunic. Collector's call it a "2-hole" tunic for the two holes holding each belt hooks. This pattern was only issued to Waffen-SS troops other than 3-hole tunic being issued to Wehrmacht troops.

Silk lining with large size markings. The inner pocket still hold a field dressing. All buttons are complete and originally attached. The tunic has not been modified and shortened in any way!

Typical M42 style pockets. Black SS-Unterscharführer shoulder boards with red cotton piping for artillery troops. The SS rune tab was removed. The rank tab is still in place but sloppy attached by hand. The machine-embroidered sleeve eagle was also sloppy attached by hand. Certainily not by the factory like this!

Three pair of postwar attached award loops. One pair hold a 2-place ribbon bar. Hand-attached Iron Cross 2nd Class ribbon.

Complete with all four belt hooks (aluminum). 

No moth damage. Medium size. A very nice and rare tunic!
